Expression in the THRIVE model is dedicated to how we express our needs and wants. How we communicate is integral to how we will navigate our healing journey and a huge consideration in the design of your thrive cycle. Wednesdays are reserved for a little extra focus on the best way to communicate for you in your current condition. These will change over time, but spending a focused bit of effort each week to plan for known interactions and how to work through them ahead of time can create enough space to deal with the unexpected stuff that inevitably comes up and can tend to overwhelm us.
