Editorial Guidelines

Editorial standards

Trust is the product.

Last reviewed: July 19, 2026

Originality and authorship

Submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Authors must own or have permission to use every submitted element. The named author remains accountable for the final article.

AI-assisted work

Tools may assist with brainstorming, research organization, or language refinement, but they may not replace the author’s judgment or lived experience. Authors must verify every fact, citation, quotation, and link and disclose substantial generative-AI use to the editor.

Evidence and corrections

Use primary or authoritative sources where possible. Distinguish facts from opinion and disclose meaningful uncertainty. We correct material errors transparently; contact us with the article URL, disputed statement, and supporting evidence.

Conflicts and commercial content

Contributors must disclose employment, investments, clients, gifts, affiliate relationships, or other interests connected to the subject. Editorial acceptance cannot be purchased. Sponsored material, when accepted, is clearly labeled and links are qualified appropriately.

Editing and rights

We may edit submissions for accuracy, clarity, structure, accessibility, and style. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, authors retain copyright and grant The Thrive Theory a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, promote, archive, and distribute the accepted work.

Safety and dignity

We do not publish harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, deceptive claims, privacy violations, dangerous instructions, or exploitative content. Health, legal, and financial topics require exceptional care and may be declined.
